Write down t4 value in the Info screen (Info) of the Touchscreen.

Cut the power supply of the water heater at the main electrical panel.
Remove the water level sensor then place your thermometer inside to measure the water temperature, make sure the thermometer reaches the water level.

Does your thermometer indicates the same temperature as t4 more or less 3°F (2°C)?

Yes No

WARNING: The water inside the tank reaches up to 165°F (75°C), hot steam will go out when the water level sensor will be removed.
Do not drop anything inside the tank.
